디자이너 봉해성은 국민대학교 의상디자인학과 졸업 후, 대한민국 패션대전 대상/대통령상, 코오롱 패션 어워즈 대상, Arts of Fashion Foundation International Competition Duperre Award를 비롯하여 국내와 국제 공모전 수상으로 La Cambre, Central Saint Martins, ESMOD Paris의 전액 장학 혜택을 받으며 유럽의 학교들에서 학업을 이어갔습니다.

망고 패션 어워즈 MANGO Fashion Awards의 파이널리스트로 선정되며 컬렉션을 진행하고 있습니다. 

이후, ArtEZ 예술 대학교 대학원 ArtEZ Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (MA)의 장학생으로 입학, 졸업하였습니다.

그의 컬렉션은 비움을 통한 아름다움을 표현하고 있습니다.

Haesung Bong is a native of Seoul, South Korea and moved to Europe upon graduating from Kookmin University; where he studied at La Cambre in Brussels, Central Saint Martins in London, and ESMOD in Paris with all-expenses-paid scholarships from winning the top prize for fashion competitions such as AOF International Competition, Kolon Fashion Awards, and Korea Fashion Design Awards.

 

Since being selected as a top 10 finalist for the Mango Fashion Awards in 2012, he attained his master's degree in Fashion Design from ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem, the Netherlands, and also started his womenswear fashion label, HAESUNG BONG.

 

The tone of voice for his collection is filled with serenity, isolation, and the internalization of human feelings.

His designs exhibit visualized concepts, artisanal textiles, and structural silhouettes through emptiness.
